Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the images.
Also featured in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying various parts of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
